Helping Our Members Get the Care They Need

We’re continuing outreach efforts to our plan members to encourage certain activities, including scheduling an annual wellness visit with their primary care provider and getting needed screenings and tests.

Early in the summer, we distributed personalized health profiles to members eligible or noncompliant for key measures. If your patients talk with you about the communications we send, please encourage them to complete the activities.

Get a report of your Peoples Health patients with open quality gaps. Log in to Member Viewer through the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal, then scroll to the Additional Tools section. Select Peoples Health Member Viewer, and select Provider Portal Quality Measure from the Criteria drop-down menu. To view your full panel, choose List All from the Criteria drop-down menu.
