In our ongoing commitment to improving health outcomes, we’re sending all our members a checklist of generally recommended care to help them take actionable steps to address preventive care needs in early 2026.
We encourage members to share the checklist with their primary care provider to determine the services right for them.

Get a report of your Peoples Health patients with open quality gaps.
Log in to the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal with your One Healthcare ID and access Peoples Health Member Viewer (how you access this tool has changed). Choose the Additional Tools menu, then look in the Additional Tools section. Once in Member Viewer, select Provider Portal Quality Measure from the Criteria drop-down menu. To view your full panel, choose List All.

The fair also featured a cooking demo and a chance for social interaction, along with flu vaccination and representatives who answered plan and medication questions.
